House & Rates

Rates are based on a 2 night minimum stay:

Up to 2 people:

• $95 for use of downstairs only and includes living room, dining area, bedroom, bathroom,  and kitchen 

• add $25 per night if you want to use the upstairs bedroom & ½ bath as well. 

If over 2 people:

• $95 for first 2 plus $25 per night per person over 2  (maximum 4 people) for whole house. 

Downstairs includes a queen bed; fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils; and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and 1/2 bath (vanity & enclosed toilet).

No pets allowed.  

Note:  We accept checks or cash only, no credit cards.  Rates do not include the 5% sales tax.
